Do I need to book an appointment?
An appointment is not necessary. Walk-ins are welcome.

How do I know my size?
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to our sizing chart. This can be found directly on the respective product page.

SHIPPING

Shipping outside of Australia & New Zealand?
If you would like to ship to North America or Europe, please email info@npandsons.com.au and we will discuss next steps. 

Does Nazario Parisi & Sons ship to Post Office boxes?
Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes, forwarding addresses or courier collection points. We do deliver to all home and office addresses.

What are your delivery times?
For orders with Standard Delivery within Australia please allow 3 - 5 business days for dispatch, processing and delivery.

ORDERS
 
Where is my order?
After placing your order with us you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a dispatch email with the tracking link.

Please check our estimated shipping time frames, if your order delivery falls outside of this, send us an email at info@npandsons.com.au and we will lodge an investigation with our carrier Sendle.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
Please ensure that you have reviewed the estimated shipping times for your area and received a dispatch confirmation email from Nazario Parisi & Sons.

You may track your parcel via the email sent from Sendle . All you will need is the Consignment number which can be found on your dispatch confirmation email. If you have any issues or queries with the receipt of your order please contact info@npandsons.com.au or phone (03) 9416 3747.

Can I change my online order after I have placed it?
Once you have placed and submitted your order - our process of picking and packing begins to make sure that we can get your order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to allow any further changes to already submitted orders.

My order is missing an item.
If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated into two shipments. If this is the case, you should receive two tracking emails from Sendle. If you have any concerns relating to your order please contact us.

I have received a faulty/damaged item in my order.
For any garment that may have a possible fault we do follow a process, this means we can provide either a repair, replacement or refund for you. If you would like to take the garment into store, our staff will assess the item and resolve this for you. Alternatively send through a photograph of the fault, a description and proof of purchase to our email address info@npandsons.com.au and we will get this resolved for you. We are welcoming and appreciative of all customer feedback.

What payment methods are accepted on the Nazario Parisi & Sons Online store?
Nazario Parisi & Sons accepts payment for online purchases via Mastercard, Visa card, Amex, PayPal and Apple Pay.

 

RETURNS

Can I exchange my online order?
It is important to us at Nazario Parisi & Sons that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product purchased online please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy found in the Shipping & Returns section of our website. 

Can I use my refunded store credit online and/or in store?
Yes, once your return has been processed you will receive Store Credit containing a unique code which is valid online or in store. To redeem the credit online please enter the code in the Gift Card/Discount Code box or head into our store with your gift card email.

I don't have a receipt can I still return my items?
Pending your return adheres to our returns policy and you either have the purchase attached to your Nazario Parisi & Sons account or you have the purchase on your bank statement this is sufficient proof of purchase.

 

GIFT CARDS

Does Nazario Parisi & Sons sell gift cards?
Gift cards of various amounts are available for purchase online and in our studio. They will be sent as an e-gift card via email. Gift cards have no expiration date. Please note that they are not redeemable for cash. To purchase a gift card please visit our studio or purchase directly on our website.

Do gift cards expire?
Our gift cards do not have an expiration date.
